Bach ‘St.Matthew Passion’ excerpts

 Good Friday, 15^th April 2022, at Bottesford Parish Church

The Cranmer Company of Singers and Musical Director Deborah Davies are hosting another charity Come & Sing. This popular event, where time and talents are freely given, raised a record £2,409 at the last event with over 190 singers taking part; so bring your voice, bring a friend, have a good time and see how much we can raise in 2022.

‘St.Matthew Passion’ is widely regarded as one the masterpieces of classical sacred music, an incredibly moving work full of drama and emotion.

All welcome – £6/8/10 to sing, tiered as we ask you to select the amount you wish to give. Donations on door from audience.

Rehearsal 4.30pm (arrive earlier to register), charity performance at 7.30pm.

Money raised will go to the Afghanistan Crisis Appeal via Tearfund.
